Explore the national park on bike. Enjoy the landmarks along the well marked trails and take a break at the bathing lake of Apetlon (15km), or head for Podersdorf (ca 8km) and the natural sandy beach of lake Neusiedl. To shorten the route around the lake take the ferry to the western bank of lake Neusiedl to Rust or Mörbisch.
Dorfmuseum Mönchhof (4km) is also worth visiting, as well as the restaurated windmill of Podersdorf (9km), Esterhazy palace in Halbturn (5km) and Steppentierpark Pamhagen (15km), a local zoo to be experienced as a walking path. .
Rainy days are best to be spent at St. Martins thermal baths on the other end of Frauenkirchen (5km).
